Dear Friends and Family of our guests
We have evacuated most of the guests from both Kamala Beach Hotel & Resort and Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach Resort to stay at S.T Hotel in Phuket town (+66 76 223111) since last night, Dec 26.
Today, Dec 27, some Scandinavian guests already have left Phuket airport arranged by MyTravel representatives.
Tomorrow, many German and Austria guests will try to catch fights back home arranged by Thomas Cook/Necermann.
We will gather all the names of our guests who still can not manage the flight back and still staying at S.T Hotel and provide for your information tomorrow.
If you need you need to find find anyone of our guests who stay in either both hotels, please send an e-mail, to admin@oceanresortgroup.com
Starting from tomorrow, we will start coordinating with all related parties to get an information you need.
I'm, on the behalf of management, deeply sorry for the ones who lost during this catastrophe.
Please note that by calling directly to ST Hotel, you might not get any information you need. The best way is being patient and sending me an email instead.

All the left belongings of our valued guests if they could be recovered have been moved and kept at Best Westwern Phuket Ocean Resort (+ 6676396599). Our valued guests can check for more information by calling or sending an email to admin@oceanresortgroup.com
Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all parties who assisted the hotel in evacuating our valued guests to safer place during the crisis, especially Phuket FantaSea's staffs. We won't forget.
Thank you very very much for all best regard phone calls and emails from our royal valued guests. The hotel and its staffs will prevail. See you again real soon.
